Finally, a quick question for you all. Do you like the current structure of 2-week contests with 1-week challenge contests interspersed? Is there anything you'd like to change about the community? We're still baby-sized and learning how to do this together, so just let us know any ideas you might have!

Hey, you've put me down to edit a poem but I really don't do poetry cause I don't *get* poetry...

Currently happy with the way the community is going. I'm hoping to try the 1-week challenge but I've had a bit of a hectic and bad couple of weeks so I may not get round to it...

Are there plans or anything for the prompts? I realise this is purely a personal thing, but I'm wondering if there'll be any... bigger, I guess? more specific? prompts?

Though, I suppose, the prompts-challenge community I was in that had bigger prompts tended to run month-by-month instead of week-by-week, and I realise there's only so much you can ask on a weekly basis. (Some examples of what I mean : "I followed him/her into the woods, and never found my way back." ; Tell the story backwards ; A dead narrator. Ghost, zombie, etc.) Or will the challenges be more akin those lines?

I'm not saying I dislike the current style of prompts! I love how so far they've had some nice ambiguity, and the weeklyness is I think doing good things for me. :3 Thank you, dudes!

I think some of those are too much to ask in a week, but you have good ideas. There's certainly a lot to be played with, especially in the challenge competitions like this week. Those can definitely get a little more complicated. My main goal for the regular weekly prompts is to have some ambiguity or at least a fairly broad definition, but challenge competitions will probably get a little more elaborate in the future. (I wanted to start people off easy and ease them in to my weird ideas, haha!) However, we can do more like you're saying, yes!

And if you have any ideas that you'd like to see as prompts, go ahead and send them my way! I'm always glad for someone else to do the thinking, haha.

I think my preference for specific prompts is because it's more difficult to be indecisive with those. Bluh bluh totally my problem there bluh bluh.
