I have 3 weeks left in my (last ever) summer vacation, and when my mother started offering destinations for a short trip, I frowned dramatically and said, "Let's stay at home. You keep saying you'll teach me how to use your sewing machine and your new power saw, but there's never time because you're always going somewhere. Let's schedule a couple days of learning!" And so, that's going to happen this week. In return, I'm teaching her how to use Photoshop and how to crochet.

I think I could use a staycation like this! Admittedly, I'd love to learn something new on a beach somewhere. :)

Then in reality she spent two days in bed sick, and I took the next two days to do the same. Not exactly conducive to learning! :(
